  • How much is delivery? 

 Shipping is FREE for all orders!!

  • How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
All orders are processed within 6-8 business days. We try our best to have orders delivered within 7-16 business days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. 
  • My order should be here by now, where is it?
Before contacting us please refer to confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Tip: Package theft is on the rise - please be sure to be home when your package is delivered.  
Please contact the carrier first as it is in their hands now. If your shipping address was correct and your package is not at the post office or your neighbors, and you have not received a response from the carrier, please contact us at service@merciistreasure.com with your order information. We will help as best as we can. 
  • How do I tack order? 
Every order that is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking info will be sent to the email address provided.

  • I received the wrong item /damaged product. What do I do? 
We are very sorry. If you got the wrong product or it came damaged, we would love to resolve this for you, please contact us at service@merciistreasure.com within 7 days of receiving your product with photos, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 
  • Can I return an item?
 Yes, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom made orders or gift cards.


To start a return, you can contact us at service@merciistreasure.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Am I able to edit or change my order? 
Yes, you able to edit or change your order as all orders are processed within 6-8 business days, before that timeframe please message in or email service@merciistreasure.com, and we would love to assist you.
Once your package has shipped, we are not able make any further changes.
